Angela Wharekura, who was alerted by her mother-in-law’s call from the window, quickly rushed to the location with her daughter. “What the hell is that guy doing?” Wharekura recalls her mother-in-law exclaiming as they observed the man’s actions.

Upon arriving, Wharekura began to document the incident by taking photos and videos. As she started recording, the man became aggressive, approaching her and threatening, “I’m going to come over there and **** you up.” Despite his intimidation, the residents stood their ground and confronted him.
