It’s a historic tournament – the first ever with 48 teams, all competing in the same complex.” He projected an exciting atmosphere with the “stars of tomorrow” showcasing their talents.

Germany and Argentina Set Their Sights on Glory

Germany’s quest to defend their title follows a dramatic victory in 2023, where they secured their maiden U-17 World Cup by beating France in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw. Coach Marc Meister reflected on their success, stating, “What the team did two years ago was outstanding – a true role model performance.” Germany enters the tournament in Group G, facing Colombia, North Korea, and El Salvador.

Argentina, conversely, seeks to capture the only global FIFA title they have yet to win, having finished third three times and reached the semi-finals on six occasions. Coach Diego Placente expressed the inspiration that comes with representing Argentina, saying, “Wearing this shirt inspires you.
