Santa, Vikings, and Elvis to Bring Holiday Spirit to Dannevirke
The holiday season in Dannevirke, located in the Tararua District of New Zealand, is set to come alive with a festive parade featuring Santa Claus, Elvis impersonators, and Viking singers. The events will take place on December 2, 2023, with the Christmas Parade scheduled from 12:00 to 13:00. This lively celebration promises to attract both locals and visitors eager to embrace the Christmas spirit.
The parade will traverse High Street, commencing at the BP service station and concluding at the Caltex service station. Organiser Buffy Mabey expressed excitement over the participation of a diverse range of floats, highlighting that there are 31 floats entered in this year’s event, each contributing to the festive atmosphere.
