Salman Khan Offers Support to Mourning Bodyguard After Father’s Death

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan visited the home of his bodyguard, Shera, on the day of mourning for Shera’s father, Sunder Singh Jolly, who passed away earlier today. After paying his respects, Khan offered his condolences in a heartfelt moment outside Shera’s residence.
Upon arriving at the location, Khan was accompanied by a security detail. He stepped out of his vehicle, embraced Shera, and the two entered the building together. This visit comes after the completion of last rites for Jolly, whose loss has deeply impacted those close to him.
Details Surrounding the Funeral Arrangements
In an official statement shared earlier today, Shera expressed his sorrow, stating, “My father, Shri Sunder Singh Jolly, has left for heavenly abode today.” He also announced that the final journey would commence at 16:00 from his residence at 1902, The Park luxury Residences, located off Lokhandwala Back Road in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai. The cremation is scheduled to take place at Oshiwara Crematorium in Jogeshwari West.
Jolly’s passing comes just a few months after he celebrated his 88th birthday. In a touching tribute on social media, Shera shared a photograph with his father, captioning it with heartfelt words: “Happy 88th birthday to the strongest man, my God, my father, my inspiration! Every bit of strength in me comes from you. Love you Dad always!”
Upcoming Ceremonies
The bhog and ardas ceremony for Shera’s late father is set to be held on August 10 at the Gurudwara located in 4 Bungalows, Mumbai. This ceremony will serve as an opportunity for friends and family to come together in remembrance of Sunder Singh Jolly’s life and legacy.
As the Bollywood community and fans extend their condolences, the support for Shera during this challenging time reflects the strong bonds formed within the industry. Khan’s presence signifies not only friendship but also solidarity in moments of grief.
