The integration of Display Interactive into NSG will significantly expand the company’s capabilities in satellite communications and in-flight connectivity. NSG and DI have been collaborating since 2023, focusing on product development. Their partnership deepened in May 2024 with the launch of the Skywaves® satellite connectivity system, a significant step towards integrating their technologies. The acquisition of DI marks a pivotal moment in this collaboration, enabling NSG to provide a comprehensive in-flight connectivity solution. This will involve the integration of intelligent traffic management through Skywaves® and a seamless digital experience via NSG’s SkyFly end-user portal.

The new system, supported by the SES Open Orbits™ network, will intelligently route traffic across multiple satellite providers. This ensures uninterrupted, high-speed connectivity for airlines and passengers worldwide, simplifying the deployment of next-generation connectivity solutions.
