APR Corporation to Host Q3 2025 Earnings Call on November 6
APR Corporation, a leading company in the K-Beauty industry, has announced its plans to release provisional third-quarter earnings for 2025 during an online earnings presentation. This event is scheduled for November 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. (KST) and will be accessible via the company’s official website.
The presentation aims to strengthen communication with investors, a practice the company has maintained since its listing on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) in February 2024. During the session, participants can expect a live audio webcast featuring simultaneous interpretation in both Korean and English. Following the announcement, investors will have the opportunity to access the recording through a pop-up window on APR Corp’s website.
To enhance transparency and convenience for a global audience, APR Corp will also provide English-language materials related to the earnings report. The presentation will be led by Jaeha Shin, Vice President and CFO, who will discuss the company’s third-quarter performance and offer guidance for the upcoming quarter. Additionally, a Q&A session will be conducted for Korean investors in attendance, allowing for direct engagement with company leadership.
Founded in 2014, APR Corp. operates several beauty brands, including medicube, Aprilskin, and Forment. The company has reported remarkable growth over the years, achieving 11 consecutive years of revenue growth since its inception. In 2024, APR Corp. recorded sales of KRW 722.8 billion (approximately USD 505.2 million) and an operating profit of KRW 122.7 billion (around USD 85.8 million). For the first half of 2025, sales amounted to KRW 593.8 billion (approximately USD 415 million) with an operating profit of KRW 139.1 billion (approximately USD 97.2 million).
APR Corp’s rapid growth led to its direct listing on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI) just ten years after its founding. Within 18 months of listing, the company surpassed a market capitalization of KRW 9 trillion, solidifying its status as a prominent player in the K-Beauty sector. The company addresses the universal challenge of aging by offering innovative solutions that cater to the beauty industry’s evolving needs.
Looking ahead, APR Corp aims to expand its portfolio beyond skincare and beauty devices into the broader healthcare sector, positioning itself as a comprehensive beauty and wellness enterprise.
For those interested in attending the audio webcast, it is accessible through APR Corp’s official website. Participants can click the “Listen to Audio Webcast” button on the pop-up window and must enter their name, company, and email address while agreeing to the privacy policy to join.
As APR Corporation prepares for its upcoming earnings call, investors will be eager to gain insights into the company’s trajectory and future plans in the competitive beauty market.
