This acquisition, confirmed on September 9, 2025, is set to redefine in-flight connectivity (IFC) standards for airlines and passengers globally.

The integration of Display Interactive into NSG will enhance the latter’s capabilities in satellite communications and IFC. This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which emphasizes the need for advanced digital communications to support the country’s growing demand in various sectors. With this acquisition, NSG aims to solidify its position as a premier provider of integrated, multi-orbit solutions.
