Ozzy Osbourne’s Death Certificate Confirms Heart Attack Cause

Legendary musician Ozzy Osbourne passed away from a heart attack, as confirmed by his death certificate. The frontman of Black Sabbath died at the age of 76 last month, shortly after his farewell concert at Villa Park in his hometown of Birmingham.
The death certificate, which has been made public, states the cause of death as acute myocardial infarction and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. It also lists contributing factors, including coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction.
