Pooja Hegde Stars Opposite Dulquer Salmaan in DQ41 Launch

Pooja Hegde, a prominent figure in Indian cinema, has been cast as the leading lady opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the upcoming Telugu film tentatively titled DQ41. This new project, which is generating significant excitement, is anticipated to be a contemporary love story infused with rich drama, with Hegde taking on a captivating role.
The film, directed by Ravi Nelakuditi, is being produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner. This production marks a noteworthy milestone as it is the tenth venture for SLV Cinemas, recognized as #SLV10. The film was officially launched on August 4, 2023, in a traditional pooja ceremony held in Hyderabad, attended by several notable figures from the Telugu film industry.
The launch event featured a ceremonial clap by the popular actor Nani, accompanied by directors Srikanth Odela and Buchi Babu Sana, along with other industry personalities such as Gunnam Sandeep and Ramya Gunnam. This gathering underlined the film’s significance and the expectations surrounding it.
For Hegde, DQ41 represents a highly anticipated return to Telugu cinema after a brief break. Fans are particularly eager to see her share the screen with Dulquer Salmaan for the first time, creating a fresh pairing that has sparked considerable curiosity.
In addition to her role in DQ41, Hegde is also preparing for her Bollywood film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, where she stars opposite Varun Dhawan. Directed by David Dhawan, this romantic comedy promises to showcase her in a lighthearted and breezy manner, further enhancing her diverse portfolio.
