Al-Ajami and Abdulla Shine at Hathab Equestrian Tour in Qatar
The ninth round of the Longines Hathab Qatar Equestrian Tour, held at Al Shaqab on March 15, 2024, showcased exceptional talent across all competition categories. Equestrian enthusiasts witnessed a day filled with thrilling performances, culminating in exciting podium finishes.
Gold Tour Highlights
In the Gold Tour (140 cm), Faleh Suwaid Al-Ajami secured the top position, demonstrating remarkable skill and precision. Following closely behind, Khalid Al-Hadi finished in second place, adding to the competitive spirit of the event. The team standings were dominated by Team Wathnan, which took first place, while Team Lekhwiya and Team Al Shaqab followed in second and third, respectively. This dynamic competition highlighted the strength of the teams participating in the tour.
Open Tour and Future Riders Tour Results
The Open Tour (110 cm) also saw impressive performances, with Abdulla bin Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani emerging as the leader in both the main and junior categories. In the main category, Mohammed Al Dal’an and Khalid Al Hadi completed the podium by finishing in second and third places. The junior round featured Ali Omar Al Ansari and Abdulaziz bin Jassim Al Thani, who secured second and third positions, respectively.
The Future Riders Tour (70 cm) concluded with a standout performance from Norah bint Jassim Al Thani, who claimed first place. Notably, Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani showcased his talent by taking both second and third positions in this category.
This round of the Longines Hathab Qatar Equestrian Tour not only highlighted the competitive spirit of the athletes but also underscored the vibrant equestrian culture in Qatar.
