Al Shaqab Hosts Training Show to Elevate Aspiring Equestrians
Al Shaqab, a prominent equestrian facility in Doha, Qatar, will host the Al Shaqab Training Show on October 10, 2023, from 15:00 to 20:00 at the Longines Indoor Arena. This event aims to provide a crucial platform for aspiring riders to develop their skills and prepare for the upcoming competitive season, which includes the prestigious Al Shaqab League.
Empowering Future Champions
The Training Show is designed to offer riders practical experience in a supportive and competitive setting. By integrating both educational and competitive elements, Al Shaqab strives to cultivate a new generation of equestrians capable of representing Qatar at regional and international competitions.
According to Mohammed Al Khayareen, Director of the Equestrian Education Department at Al Shaqab, “At Al Shaqab, we place great emphasis on providing a comprehensive educational environment for our riders. The Training Show is a key step in this journey. It not only offers riders valuable hands-on experience but also helps them face real challenges with greater confidence. Through such initiatives, we aim to nurture ambitions, sharpen skills, and enhance opportunities for reaching podiums while raising Qatar’s flag high on the global stage.”
Categories for All Skill Levels
The competition will feature various categories to accommodate different ages and abilities, with height options including 40cm, 60cm, 80cm, 100cm, 110cm, and 120cm. Many Al Shaqab riders are expected to participate, showcasing the progress and skills they have developed in recent weeks. This will provide both the audience and the judging panel an opportunity to appreciate their hard work.
Spectators can look forward to witnessing impressive performances, gaining insights into the dedication and efforts involved in training. The event reflects Al Shaqab’s mission to instill values of discipline, teamwork, and commitment in all participants.
