Throughout his distinguished career, Chef Bossert has worked alongside culinary giants such as Alain Ducasse and Yannick Alléno. His professional path has taken him across continents, including stints in France, Russia, and the Indian Ocean, showcasing his adaptability and mastery of global cuisines. He has even catered to notable figures, including Boris Becker and President Vladimir Putin.

Her experience includes a significant position at Orania.Berlin and most recently at Fauchon Paris Restaurant in The St. Regis Doha.
