Reserve Your Spot at Ballantynes’ Christmas Grotto Experience
The festive season is officially underway at Ballantynes as the renowned department store launches its Christmas grotto, marking a significant event for families. Visitors wishing to meet Father Christmas must secure a reservation, as walk-in visits will not be available during this peak time.
Exclusive Offers and Events on Launch Day
The grotto’s opening on Saturday coincides with the debut of the Ballantynes Christmas Magazine and its Ultimate Christmas Shopping Day, running from 09:00 to 17:00. The day promises an array of exciting activities, including live demonstrations, tastings, and exclusive offers. Customers can enjoy free engraving and embossing on their purchases, complimentary beauty treatments, and expert advice on how to style their Christmas trees.
Additionally, the first 350 customers who spend $200 in-store will receive a special gift upon presenting their receipt at the gifting tree. Gifts include coveted items such as a pair of R.M. Williams boots, a Dyson styling tool, or a Glasshouse advent calendar.
While visiting the Cashel St location, shoppers are encouraged to check out the store’s beautifully decorated windows, offering a festive visual treat as they prepare for the holidays.
Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus on December 7
On December 7, a special event will unfold as Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with their helpers, make a visit to the store. This interactive morning promises fun and excitement for children and families before Santa becomes busier with his holiday duties.
Those interested in the grotto experience are advised to book their visit in advance to ensure a memorable encounter with Father Christmas. With a range of activities and exclusive offers, Ballantynes aims to provide a delightful Christmas shopping experience for all.
