Auckland Refuge Struggles to Meet Surging Demand for Shelter

“We’ve got one bed, and the email that went out to our after-hours staff is clear: if somebody comes in, you’re going to have to put them into a hotel, and we will have to inform our lines that we’re actually full at the moment,” Hendricks explained.
