Emergency services are currently at the scene of a two-car crash on Whangaparāoa Rd in Auckland’s Stanmore Bay. The incident occurred around 16:00 local time, just outside the New World supermarket. According to a shift manager from Fire and Emergency New Zealand, three crews are actively working to assist those involved in the accident.
Firefighters are focused on extracting two individuals who are trapped in one of the vehicles. Eyewitnesses report a significant presence of emergency vehicles, including fire trucks and ambulances, as responders work to manage the situation safely.
