State Highway 51 Closed After Serious Crash in Clive, Four Injured

A serious two-car crash in Clive, a town in Hawke’s Bay, has led to the closure of State Highway 51. Emergency services received the alert at approximately 7.50 pm on the evening of the incident, which occurred at the intersection of State Highway 51 and Farndon Road.
Emergency responders from Hato Hone St John arrived at the scene with three ambulances and a rapid response vehicle. The accident resulted in four individuals suffering injuries, with one person transported to hospital in a moderate condition. Meanwhile, two other individuals were reported to be in serious condition and were on their way to medical facilities. Another individual involved in the crash remained at the scene as emergency services worked to manage the situation.
