DOHA, QATAR – The FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 officially begins today, with the opening match set to start shortly. This regional football tournament features 16 teams competing for the highly coveted title, and over 700,000 tickets have already been sold, reflecting strong interest from fans across the region.

The opening ceremony will commence at 5:30 PM local time at Al Bayt Stadium. Following the ceremony, the host nation, Qatar, will face Palestine at 7:30 PM. To accommodate the anticipated large crowd, gates will open at 2:30 PM.

Exciting Matches Across Multiple Venues

In addition to Al Bayt Stadium, matches will also take place at several other venues, including Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, Education City Stadium, Khalifa International Stadium, and Stadium 974. The tournament will culminate with the final match scheduled for December 18, 2025, at Lusail Stadium, a key site for major sporting events.

Fans attending the matches will have access to fan zones at all six venues. These areas will feature cultural performances, various food outlets, games, and interactive activities, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.
