In an impressive debut, Alzabyr secured victory in the Al Gharafa Cup for three-year-old Purebred Arabians at Al Rayyan Racecourse in Doha on October 31, 2023. Ridden by jockey Marco Casamento, the colt showcased his potential by tracking the pace before delivering a powerful finish over the 1600-meter distance, ultimately clinching the win for owner Nasser Saif Al Kubaisi.

This victory was not only significant for Alzabyr but also for trainer Mohammed Al Ghazali, who achieved a double on the card. Later in the meeting, he guided Make Love to victory in the Thoroughbred Rated Maiden Plate, further cementing his successful day at the races.
